2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Free for orders over $50 | Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): $9.99
- International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at fetchmode.co@outlook.com.
- We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist you.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after confirming the issue with the carrier.
