    • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Free for orders over $50 | Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): $9.99
  • International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

4. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at fetchmode.co@outlook.com.
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist you.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after confirming the issue with the carrier.
